Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Agentrics (“the Service”) at agentrics.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Agentrics provides tools to track and analyse AI agent API usage and costs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account, resell access to the Service, or use it to track API usage on behalf of third parties without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Submit false or misleading usage data
• Circumvent plan limits or billing controls
• Use automated scripts to abuse the API beyond normal operational use

5. Plans and billing

Hobby plan features are provided free of charge. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Agentrics name, logo, and product are owned by Agentrics. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cost calculations will be perfectly accurate at all times — model pricing changes frequently, and there may be a lag before our pricing table is updated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses resulting from reliance on cost estimates provided by the platform.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agentrics operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
